The professional staff at Bethany for Children & Families has been keeping kids safe and helping parents care for their children since 1899.It is this spirit, dedication, and commitment that drive the agency to meet and respond to the needs of the children and families in our community.
In return, employees working 20 or more hours per week are offered benefits including health insurance with an employer-sponsored flexible spending account, dental insurance, a generous vacation and sick day policy, and 10 paid holidays. All eligible employees are able to participate in a 401A pension plan in which the agency contributes 8% of an employee's monthly earnings to the investment account(s) of the employee's choice.
