Mark and Carmen Fish have taken on a special role of fostering babies in Bethany’s Domestic Infant Adoption Program. They provide temporary loving home until the babies are permanently placed with their adoptive families. Mark and Carmen have three biological children of their own who help with the care of the babies they take in. The Fish Family have made a difference in the lives of the babies they have fostered and continue to do so with open arms.
